Property Address, Door Code, Clean / Departure date, If clean is a late checkout or same day service (Back to Back), Any additional notes (Animals / Allergy, Type of Guest (Owner)), & Type of clean (Deep, Touch-up, Mid-stay).
Schedules - we request that cleans are arranged at least one or two days before service date. Same day adjustments may result in a service charge. Please see Expectations page & FAQ page for details on additional charges.
We have a trusted seasonal team of 58 cleaners with 4 professional inspectors. Our team does everything that we can to ensure a great First Impression for any residential and commercial location. Since we focus on more than just cleaning we have members of staff that do various projects and services like Trash removal and power-washing.

We have a trusted seasonal team of 58 cleaners with 4 professional inspectors. Our team does everything that we can to ensure a great First Impression for any residential and commercial location. Since we focus on more than just cleaning we have members of staff that do various projects and services like Trash removal and power-washing.
President and Owner of First Impressions is Lupe Nunez. With over 35 years of cleaning experience and with her hands on approach to running First Impressions you will see her personally inspect and clean properties along with addressing cleaning concerns.
Vice President of First Impressions is Josue Torres. With over 20 years of cleaning experience and project managing he assists with the inspecting and spear heads the construction cleans. He also manages the projects like power-washing and trash bins.
Invoices are processed from Sundays to Saturdays and for slower months or smaller companies only once or twice a month not weekly. If you wish to pay with cash instead, that can be arranged with a receipt emailed to you.
Paperwork since First Impressions is a licensed contracted vendor. We will provide a copy of our W-9, business license
