These cleans are a little different than a standard clean. Typically a new house build will require three different stages of cleans performed on different dates.
1. Initial Clean - to remove large debris, surfaces, and to do floors.
2. Follow-up Clean - to address after vendors are in for electrical and plumbing but before furniture.

This is typically done the same as a Deep Clean and comes with Welcome pack that First Impressions offers.
Normally performed on larger homes and when that great First Impression is wanted.
Prices may vary with this service since every property can be treated as a VIP!!

We clean inside and out of all appliances, run dishwasher with or without dishes, stove tops taken apart and cleaned, wipe down any fixtures like sink faucets for water spots, clean and oragnize cabinets, dishes, and utensils.
Deep Clean includes empty, clean, and recycle any ice trays / buckets, everything comes out of cabinets and washed and organized back, tops of cabinets and décor cleaned. Oven self-cleans are done during a deep clean unless it clearly needs it at the end of a standard clean but not on a back to back.

Tables are cleaned and made back with only place-mats, napkins, and chairs. Due to complaints of dishes being dusting from being left out First Impressions will not be setting tables with dishes unless requested to.
Deep Clean includes full washing of chairs, table, and legs, along with chandeliers if possible.

Clear large debris, sweep if not pavers, clean surfaces of patio furniture, and summer kitchen includes wiping down fridge, cleaning sink, surface and grates of grill only.
Deep Clean includes leaf blow of patio, full clean of grill ($50 with management approval), and clean inside and out of any cabinets.

Bedding is washed and beds are made, surfaces cleaned, and floors cleaned. Closets are cleared and cleaned.
Deep Clean includes under and behind beds, inside of every drawer, cobwebs under and around all furniture and in corners.

Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Vanities, Tubs, Mirrors, and floors are always cleaned from top to bottom.

Dust and Vacuum, clean glass tops, and wipe surfaces.
Deep Clean includes cleaning under and between cushions, lamps, and inside any furniture.

We sweep and clean doors including glass if possible and any furniture.
Deep Clean includes any outside cobwebs, debris, and trash bins cleared if applicable.

Amenities include things like steam room, sauna, fitness room, game room, movie room
Game Room: Vacuum and sweep, clear any cobwebs, clean foosball and air hockey tables, brush and set pool table, clean any furniture, and dust game systems. (Inside and under during Deep Clean)
Movie Room: Clean tops and arms of chairs. (Inside and under during Deep Clean)
Steam Room, Sauna, Fitness Room: Clean all surfaces with warm water and soap. (bleach during Deep Clean)

Washers and dryers are wiped down inside and out, clean lint trap and soap dispensers, and pool towels are cleaned and left in laundry room unless there is a designated spot.
(This is the same as a Deep Clean except appliances are cleaned behind and under if possible)
